Once the space is ready to go, we will send you a URL link. You can view the link on all devices such as desktop, mobile and tablet. The link can then be embedded onto your website and linked through the property portals.
Matterport are market leaders when it comes to virtual tours. Matterport enables clients to view the property BEFORE making that initial enquiry, ensuring that they are serious when arranging a real viewing. This also cuts down on wasteful viewings, giving you and your staff more time for business development.
Typically you will receive the link to the virtual tour within 24 hours of the appointment.
We provide our virtual tour services in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex & North London – however if you’re 15+ miles from SG14, additional travel costs will be added.
To keep the property spaces active, there is a £2 a month per space hosting fee. This keeps your space active and accessible for anyone who has the link. If you no longer require the space, it can be deactivated at any time. If you have a different space, alternative hosting fee’s may apply.
